Having a Basal Cell Carcinoma diagnosed following a biopsie on my forehead I was referred to a plastic surgeon to have it removed. I was concerned and decided to seek a second opinion. I was recommended to have MOSH surgery and was introduced to Dr Hussain who explained very clearly the procedure and the pro's and cons. I had my surgery on 12th December 2016 which proved more extensive than was first thought, my skin had to be reconstructed and I was worried about the outcome . 6 weeks later you can hardly see the scars and I am very pleased.. I have no hesitation in recommending Dr Hussain and his staff at Chapel Allerton hospital very professional, caring and highly skilled.

I first visited Dr Hussain in February 2016 as I had a pink mark on my left shin which I had had for a while and my Gp had referred me and a biopsy was arranged which initially came back clear but which on taking a second biopsy revealed squamous skin cancer which was very upsetting. No fuss was made by Dr Hussain he explained the MOHs procedure which I had the following week. Because of the position of the growth on my shin I had to have a skin graft. The graft took and having had the graft done in the April I was back at work in June. I continue to monitor and have check ups with Mr Hussain and can say his care has been exemplary. I had another biopsy on my other leg which turned out to be nothing and due to its position I did not have to have a graft just stitches and can hardly see the scar now the stitching was so good. Many thanks Dr Hussain and keep up the extremely good work you do. I recently had an acintic keratosis on my top lip which was removed by cryotherapy a very simple pain free procedure again this was dealt with swiftly, efficiently and with great care.

I have found Dr Hussain to be very thorough and professional. He has listened to my concerns and has equipped me well when it comes to monitoring my skin. He has also conducted minor procedures for me and I have been very pleased with his surgical technique. I would thoroughly recommend him.

DR. Hussain introduced himself to me and went through the procedure indicating the outcome of the procedure and the after effects. He was calm and courteous throughout. He was very gentle and professional during the surgery. His nurse was very attentive and asked as to my welfare and comfort throughout. Having arrived at the hospital and feeling a little apprehensive, being put a ease, all in all this was quite a pleasant experience and I enjoyed meeting the surgery team. Thank you.
